Join us for a day of adventure and angling as our instructors guide you through the art of casting lines from the comfort of your kayak.

The TBKA Kayak Fishing Workshop is specifically designed for beginners, providing the perfect opportunity to learn the fundamentals of kayak fishing in a supportive and informative environment. Our expert instructors will guide you through the essentials, from mastering the art of casting lines from your kayak to understanding the intricacies of bait selection and fish behavior.

Whether you’re a nature enthusiast seeking a new adventure or an angler looking to expand your horizons, our workshop is more than a fishing class. We offer a hands-on introduction to the world of kayak fishing and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

TBKA will provide you with the kayak, paddle, PFD life jacket, fishing equipment, and live and artificial bait. Registrants must bring their own snack and lunch.

Prior to attending any TBKA events, please complete this free online Paddlesports Safety Course. It takes about 20 minutes, and can be accessed on a mobile device. If needed, you can also save your progress and return to the course at a later time.
