Join Tampa Bay Kayak Anglers for the Hispanics for our Environment Hillsborough River Cleanup on September 16th in Reed Park. Volunteers will work together on and off the water to collect debris in and along the Hillsborough River.
We need kayakers, shore walkers, and check-in personnel for this river & park clean up volunteer opportunity. Whether you participate on the water or land, there is plenty of debris to be cleaned! Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own kayaks. If you are able to bring your own, please make sure to indicate it on your registration form.
TBKA is dedicated to supporting the beauty and conservation of Tampa Bay waterways. In partnership with Tampa Bay Water and Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, this clean-up will focus on bringing together the local Hispanic community and encouraging environmental stewardship.
All TBKA-provided kayaks have been claimed.
Once registered, please complete the ACA waiver & Safety Course
Prior to attending any TBKA events, please complete this free online Paddlesports Safety Course. It takes about 20 minutes, and can be accessed on a mobile device. If needed, you can also save your progress and return to the course at a later time.
