Get on the water for our Hillsborough River Clean-Up

Join Tampa Bay Kayak Anglers for the Hillsborough River Cleanup on April 8th in Lowry Park. Volunteers will work together on and off the water to collect debris in and along the Hillsborough River.

We need kayakers, shore walkers, and check-in personnel for this river & park clean up volunteer opportunity. Whether you participate on the water or land, there is plenty of debris to be cleaned! Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own kayaks, but TBKA will also provide some for volunteer use. If you are able to bring your own, please make sure to indicate it on your registration form.

TBKA is dedicated to supporting the beauty and conservation of Tampa Bay waterways. In partnership with Tampa Bay Water and Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful,  this clean-up will focus on bringing together the local Hispanic community and encouraging environmental stewardship.

Volunteer Registration Form

Please note that there will be a limited amount of TBKA-provided kayaks, and we cannot guarantee there will be one available for you. Kayaks will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
